Characteristics

This equipment has excellent printing quality, it is ideal for starting investment projects since it provides great versatility at an affordable cost.
It has electrical registration adjustment of the printing, slotting and curved punching modules with millimeter precision, even with the machine operating.
Ink recycling system even when the machine is not in operation, which in turn helps to moisten the rollers
With a mechanical coupling between the grooving blades and bending necks, it makes assembly very fast and highly precise.
With a gear transmission and a self-lubricating system, it keeps maintenance costs low and ensures excellent lubrication to reduce frictional wear.
The opening and closing between modules is by electric motor, and they are closed by pneumatic locks. These operations are assisted with an audio-light alarm for greater operator safety.
Assisted with an automatic counter.
The anilox rollers made of steel with a lineage of 180 to 250 lines, and with an ink sharpener using a rubber roller.
Machine configurable from 1 color to 4 colors, curved and/or slotted die option, it can also be conditioned with an automatic prefeeder and at the exit with a vibrator and/or automatic stacker.
